Our Prices

WARNING: There are different companies/websites out their that have a similar name to our site, most of them created recently (we have been in business for over 4 years now) which are defrauding customers across the country by charging £700 to £900 plus for the first hour plus call out on top! They hide prices from customers and urge their own engineers to extort as much as possible from customers. Some of their customers have informed us of this. We urge all customers to be vigilant and ask for prices upfront before booking an engineer with anyone. If a company says “labour will be estimated on site” that is a red flag, and is the exact tactic being used by the these companies (but there are legitimate companies who do estimate labour on site, but this particular aspect of not giving labour costs has been exploited in recent times). Once they get inside your home, they won’t leave and demand payment. We have logs of every call we take and a backend call system in place to ensure every job is tracked. We only have a small group of engineers, as you can see from the areas below, and we do not cover all of the UK.

Prices will vary from location to location, time of day and bank/public holidays.

Gloucestershire:

Prices are between £240 to £250 for the first hour. If time goes over an hour, there will be additional labour cost for this. You will be told a fixed price over the phone. This excludes parts and there is no VAT. Prices might be higher during special holidays, nights or for commercial call outs. Onus is on the customer to ask for the prices if the engineer fails to mention them (engineer could be in middle of a job or under a sink etc and fails to mention the prices – but this is very rare). Second visits are chargeable if job is not completed on the first visit (for example, no parts are available).
